About Bizwrite

What We Do For You:

At Bizwrite, LLC, we don’t just write words – we engineer them to ignite action. We’ve crafted over two million words for industry leaders, from top law firms and savvy real estate investors to booming e-commerce and apparel brands. But we’re not just about volume; we’re about impact.

We understand the psychology of persuasion, weaving compelling narratives that resonate with your target audience. And now, we’re supercharging our clients’ visibility with strategic digital PR. Imagine: broadcast coverage showcasing your community impact, thought leadership articles positioning you as an industry authority in top legal magazines – that’s the Bizwrite advantage.

We don’t just create content; we create influence. Let us help you amplify your message and achieve the recognition you deserve. Ready to transform your brand story?

What You Can Expect From Us:

Integrity and professionalism are what you can expect from our team. We are a tightly-knit team of digital PR and content experts who are passionate about creating captivating brand narratives that keep our clients at the forefront of their industries. As a family-owned agency, we don’t hold back – we tell it like it is and still come together at the end of the day.

Our focus is on producing marketing and communications content that is geared toward establishing brand authority and increasing visibility. Delivering the right message at the right time to the right audience is what we do best.

We help drive traffic to your website, engage your community, and build your brand across media. By harnessing the power of data, we can create benchmarks and measure progress. If your agency partners can’t show you a viable return for the budget spent, find a new agency.

The Bizwrite Difference

Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching and even if you’re never recognized for it. We strive to act with integrity in every interaction, whether with our clients, employees, vendors, stakeholders, or visitors.

We will act with professionalism and deliver on what we promise. We will produce entirely original work meant to engage and delight your audience.

We Only Produce Content with Our In-House Writing Team

Unlike some agencies and content writing services like Upwork, Fiverr, Content.ly, and Express Writers, which rely on independent contractors to fulfill client orders, Bizwrite has no freelance writers.

We certainly have nothing against freelancers; in fact, most of our digital strategists started in that role themselves. However, freelance relationships are, by nature, less solid than formal business partnerships. Freelancers typically aren’t around long-term, which can make consistency in your corporate communications difficult. Freelance writers also generally write as a “side hustle”, whereas with our team, it’s all we do.

Having in-house writers means we can maintain better quality control and assurance processes to ensure higher-quality deliverables to clients.

We Proof Every Piece of Content Before Sending it To You

Instead of having a single copywriter on staff turning in raw work, imagine having a team of accomplished business writers all collaborating on a single piece. For generally far less than a fully-burdened employee costs, our team turns in work only after it’s gone through our extensive quality assurance process.

We invest in cutting-edge editing software like Grammarly Pro to ensure every piece of content is clean and ready prior to delivery. Our many marketing agency clients have found this saves a tremendous amount of time for their account managers and traffic managers versus having to edit a raw piece directly from a freelance writer.

We Have Great Relationships with Top Outlets

Media relations are dependent on one thing above all else–trust. Our media partners know they can count on us to deliver relevant, timely, and engaging news for their station or publication that will engage their audience and drive viewership. Our content strategists are current and former journalists, so we know exactly what the media looks for in a story and how to get your brand’s news and thought leadership covered by top outlets in your area–and nationwide.

Business-Savvy Digital PR Content Writers

All of our writers have significant business experience before coming on board. We understand how the overall business objectives play into communications and leverage the power of media to help achieve them.

We consider each order an investment from our clients, and every investment needs to generate a return. We take that role seriously and keep up with the latest changes in SEO, GEO, and AI optimization to ensure we’re getting your message in front of an audience at the right time for maximum impact.

Meet the Team

Owned by the dynamic husband and wife duo Tyler and Lauren Reed, our small but mighty team competes on the biggest stages, placing our clients in Tier 1 media outlets, raising the bar on key performance metrics, outperforming legacy agencies, and thanking God every day we get to continue doing what we love.

Lauren Reed, Chief People Officer

Digital PR & Business Content Writing FAQs

What can digital PR and business copywriting do for my business?

It’s no surprise that 85% of Americans own smartphones these days, which means that most everyone has quick and easy access to internet searches. Before they buy a product, go eat at a restaurant, try a new activity, etc., most people check out a place of business online. Most businesses have a website, but stale content is not noticed by search engines or engaging a prospective audience.

Fresh, relevant, and interesting content drives traffic and engages users towards action. Digital PR and business copywriting are also some of the most cost-effective brand-building activities you can undertake because you have reliable metrics with which to measure your progress. In a sea of competitors, strategic communication helps showcase your unique expertise and value proposition to a larger, targeted audience at a much lower price point than ever before possible.

How much does a blog post cost for a business?

Business blogging can take your team hours to complete. When you start adding up everyone’s salary and overhead, just a few hours is hundreds of dollars in costs. Our content writing services write engaging content at predetermined rates, so you always know how much content marketing will cost each month. To keep things easy and straightforward, Bizwrite charges flat rates and has no contracts. For the most up-to-date pricing, please visit the Bizwrite content shop, but our business blogs generally start at just $125, with volume discounts available. Each blog is well-researched, well-written, and stocked with the SEO elements that get your brand noticed online.

If you like a particular strategist or business copywriter, can you stick with them?

Absolutely! We want our writers and strategists to become an extension of your staff. If you really click with a member of our team, you can request continuing on with them for as much availability as they’re able to provide.

How long does it take to write a blog or other piece of content?

We pride ourselves on some of the fastest turnaround times compared to other content writing services out there but never sacrifice quality for speed. From acceptance of a topic and the go-ahead from the client, the typical turnaround time for most assignments is just 3 to 5 business days.

How do you start the process or order content?

We usually have a quick introduction call or email to get a feel for what you have currently and how we can help. From there, we would like to set up a shared assignment document where we can work together to complete your content orders in real-time. Comment, edit, and collaborate in one space as we polish the content with two rounds of revisions each to make sure it’s exactly what you want. Upon delivery and receipt of payment, we relinquish all copyright, and the content is yours to do with however you please.

We also offer a managed content package, where we produce and post content to a WordPress site or other platform–completely taking content creation off our client’s shoulders.

Can I set up monthly content deliveries?

We regularly produce content for a variety of clients on a monthly basis. For bulk orders, you can utilize your shared Bizwrite assignment sheet. There, you can input orders, and we’ll work to deliver them as quickly as each is assigned within whatever monthly budget is set. We also keep an eye on a variety of industry publications and news sources so that we can pitch ideas for current news stories and articles, either for us to produce for your site or to secure media coverage.

What is digital PR?

Websters will tell you that public relations (PR) is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. But, who are your “publics”? Think clients, employees, vendors, the government, banks, and any relevant stakeholders as part of this group.

Digital PR builds on traditional PR and leverages the power of web and social strategies to get better results with today’s audience. There are some key functions digital PR aims to achieve, including:

Media Relations – Securing positive media coverage through press releases, interviews, and media pitches.
Crisis Communication – Managing reputational damage during a crisis.
Community Relations – Building positive relationships with local communities.
Internal Communications – Communicating effectively with employees.
Media Management – Leveraging media (earned, owned, and paid) along with media platforms (news, social, and web) to build brand awareness and engage with audiences.

When a solid digital communications strategy is followed, a brand can expect an enhanced reputation, increased visibility, better lead generation, thought leadership status, and a plan of attack to use during crises.
