The holidays have once again snuck up on us and are mere weeks away. Now is the time to secure those corporate gifts for clients that stand out and are actually appreciated. No more overpriced corporate merch, no more empty Koozies!
We’re breaking tradition somewhat and veering into the best corporate gifts this year that we’ve honed over nearly a decade of delighting our clients and fostering deep, meaningful relationships–with gifts that reflect that.
1. Spice Kits
For years, we’ve bought a spice kit from local spice maker FreshJax which we actually have sent to clients across the U.S. because they are so well received. Part of our branding is that we know Jax, we’re headquartered here, so it makes sense to utilize a company with Jax literally in the name. Plus, no joke, these spices are phenomenal.
We don’t get paid a dime to say so, but legitimately these are the best spices we’ve ever found. Fresh, organic, vibrant with some amazing blends. They make an absolutely perfect corporate gift. You can jazz about your card with something like, “Thanks for letting us spice up your (group health insurance, IT support, corporate comms strategy – whatever you do for them)!”
2. Local Craft Beer
When in Rome, buy local. The same goes for corporate gifts. Just like our spice example above, if you can find something that screams local for your clients, all the better, and what is better received than some locally brewed craft beer. Here in Jacksonville, we have an amazing partnership that comes out in November called the Alert 5 campaign. It’s where local law firm Farah & Farah and Veterans United Craft Brewery team up to support Five Star Veterans Center in Jacksonville.
Five Star helps veterans in crisis with a place to stay as well as mental health resources. You can give a six-pack of Alert 5 as a corporate gift, help Five Star Veterans Center, and get something that wows your client all in one! For a full list of locations that have Alert 5 beer, click here. Plus, no one wants another empty Koozie. Why not fill one of your mountain of branded Koozies with a cold one that has a cool story behind it?
3. Non-Profit Support
Like we just mentioned, non-profit support can create a variety of benefits all in one package. Another great example from our local scene is Rethreaded. This group helps survivors of human trafficking find meaningful employment and put their lives back together. They sell AMAZING jewelry, bags, and other accessories to help further their mission.
Giving something like this is thoughtful and thought-provoking. You’ll help foster a deep connection with your clients by showing your more than the business transaction, you actually care about some really meaningful initiatives in your area – and your bringing your client in on the story.
